After drying, each piece is bisque-fired, glazed with hand-mixed studio glazes, and fired again to maturity. Once cooled, the base is sanded smooth.

You can clean it with mild soap by hand or in dish wahser. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperature changes or rough handling, as the thin ceramic walls are fragile.
