This versatile pot suits many decor styles—from minimal and modern to rustic or sacred. Use it alone as a standalone vessel, or integrate it into a larger plant grouping or altar setting.
This planter begins with slip casting, a process where liquid clay (slip) is poured into our handmade mold and allowed to form. Once removed, each pot is refined by hand, stamped with a heart and the number “8”, if requested, and bisque fired. The glaze is then carefully layered—starting with matte bronze and fading into glossy black—and high-fired to over 2,200°F.
The firing process brings out subtle shifts in the glaze, creating a surface that glows in sunlight and lends softness in shadow. Each piece is touched by fire and hand alike—resulting in an object that feels personal, soulful, and grounding.
